Strategic Intent
- The Christ Land City Project is a dedicated residential development initiative designed exclusively to support homeless Christian families across Pakistan. This project was conceived in response to the long-standing socio-economic challenges being faced by Christian community of Pakistan, who often struggle with inadequate housing, unstable living conditions, and limited access to essential civic services. At the initial stage, 52 cities from all provinces of Pakistan, including Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) and Gilgit-Baltistan have been selected for the project. These cities were chosen based on population data provided by the Government of Pakistan’s Statistics Department and demographic insights from The Methodist Church of Pakistan. The socio-economic living structure for many of these community members is extremely poor, characterized by insufficient access to basic utilities such as electricity, gas, clean water, proper roads, and sewerage systems. More than 95% of families are dependent on rented homes, where a major portion of their monthly income is spent on rent and utility bills, leaving very limited resources for education, health care, savings or skill development for their children. A significant number of youth remain unemployed due to the lack of opportunities, guidance, and vocational training. This creates a cycle of poverty that continues across generations, as families are unable to invest in improving their living conditions or securing better prospects for their children.
- Christ Land City Project is a collaborative effort of Amir Sultan Get Home Service (Pvt) Ltd Company and The Methodist Church of Pakistan. The intent is to help the 2nd biggest minority of the country by 75% subsidized housing project with all needed civic facilities, so that they can feel pride being a Pakistani and give their heart & soul for the progress of our beloved country.
- Modus Operandi
- 25 % of total budget “Amir Sultan Get Home Services (Pvt) Ltd and The Methodist Church of Pakistan” will collect from member family in 08 years, in shape of Membership, Registration, Registry of 04 Marla with 08 years installment Plan having 02 schedule of Installments of 04+04 years. The total amount from member family will Rs 24,30,000/- in 08 years (04 years + 04 years). In first schedule member family will pay Rs 12,15,000/- in 04 years for membership, registration, and registry with installments plan of 04 years given by “Amir Sultan Get Home Services (Pvt) Ltd Company”. These shall be 48 months. December installment will not be paid by member family due to “Christmas”. 04 years of the first schedule shall consist of 44 installments. After the completion of first schedule company and church will hand over the home to Member Family for living with full facilities of infrastructure and amenities. Next schedule of 04 years installments member family shall pay while living in the home. This schedule also consists of Rs 12,15,000/- in 48 months with 44 installments. The paid amount shall be Rs 24,30,000 and 24.658% of total amount of price Rs 98,55,266 (less than 25%).
- Balance amount from Rs 98,55,266/- per house that is Rs 74,25,266/- will be arranged through funding by “Amir Sultan Get Home Services (Pvt) Ltd Company” and “The Methodist Church of Pakistan” through charity organizations (local & abroad), businessmen, industrialists, and wealthy Pakistani individuals.
