- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) is highly preferred.
- Generally 5-10 years of experience in accounting, with a significant portion in a senior management role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Tally) and advanced knowledge of accounting principles, rules & law (IFRS, IndAS, GAAP).
- Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and communication skills
- Core Duties
- Financial Reporting & Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Compliance & Audit: Maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements, and manage external audit processes.
