Christ Land City Karachi is an important part of the nationwide development initiative focused on building modern, well-planned residential communities across Pakistan. Located approximately 116 kilometers from the District Court Karachi, this project will cover an area of 17,600 kanals (2,200 acres) and is designed to accommodate around 40,000 people.

The development will be divided into five key sectors: Karachi Central, Karachi West, Karachi East, Karachi North, and Malir Cantt. Each sector will be allocated approximately 8,000 members, ensuring balanced distribution and organized community planning across the entire project. The development plan includes essential urban facilities such as educational institutions, healthcare centers, commercial areas, parks, and a secure infrastructure system, ensuring a complete and sustainable living environment for residents.
